Some of them will make you a better rider, and some will make you a better human being, as they teach patience and courage and how to be empathetic and understanding. Some will require you to stretch yourself in uncomfortable ways that often feel terrible at the time, but in retrospect, were good for you. One thing for sure is by having and loving horses you will learn amazing things.
